Spicks and Specks
Every Wednesday join the charismatic Adam, Myf, Alan and their teams on Spicks and Specks. Spicks and Specks is a music game and comedy show hosted by comedian Adam Hills who throws questions and games at two teams. Each team has a permanent captain, either the bubbly Myf Warhust or knowledgeable Alan Brough, and every week each team has two special well-known guests.
Regular guests include Hamish Blake, Dave O'Neil, Denise Scott, Ross Noble, Frank Woodley and Ella Hooper.
Spicks and Specks hosts an amazing list of original and equally entertaining games including; Counting the Beat, Know Your Product, Two Little Words, Mondegreens, Substitute, Malvern Stars on 45, Cover Versions, All Shook Up, I'll Jumble For ya, Word Up, Look What They've Done, Looking for Clues, Samplemania/Videomania, Bottom 100, Turning Japanese, You're the Voice, Can't Buy Me Love, Please Please Tell Me Now, Something's Missing, Musician or Serial Killer, One out of Three Ain't Bad, Common People and Sir Mix 'n' Matchalot.
Hilarious and interesting; Spicks and Specks is perfect for everyone as the show is very relaxed. In just one half an hour episode a whole family is bound to be screaming answers at the television or singing lyrics. Not only do you learn new and interesting facts whilst watching, but I guarantee you will be laughing the whole way through.
It's not very often that I know the correct answer, but I can't stop watching Spicks and Specks; it's the best show on Australian television.
