Launching a nationwide campaign to promote olive oil from Spain, Justine Schofield of MasterChef fame will be cooking up a Spanish feast for Sydneysiders on Wednesday 14 November 2012.
After taking a seat at communal rustic benches, guests will be invited to taste a range of complimentary bite-sized dishes for breakfast, lunch or dinner and learn how the distinct flavours of olive oil from Spain can enhance every meal.
Not just a culinary delight, the unique dining experience will be a visual masterpiece; Suncorp Forecourt in Sydney's CBD will be transformed into a spectacular olive grove complete with olive trees, communal rustic benches, a stone farmhouse, Toro bull and traditional Spanish flamenco dancers.
Those who visit the Spanish Olive Oil Grove will sample a selection of dishes designed by Justine, all featuring varieties of olive oil from Spain. Justine will do a live cooking demonstration, with dishes then available for sampling.
