Shaboosh Flagship Store New luxury womenswear label Shaboosh will open its first flagship store in Sydney prestigious Paddington this week. Shaboosh epitomises vintage glamour, with collections inspired from the 40s, 50s and 60s. These beautiful styles evoke feelings of nostalgia and timeless elegance, clothes that will be treasured for a lifetime. The new store will be located at 329 South Dowling Road Darlinghurst on the corner of South Dowling Road and Oxford Street in one of Sydneys renowned shopping destinations.

This exquisite boutique reflects the ethos of the Shaboosh brand, a blend of romance, elegance and luxury. The store is set in a beautiful classic three level terrace, typical of the Paddington area and in keeping with the Shaboosh old world vibe. A plethora of beautiful garments, opulent fabrics, gorgeous vintage furniture and antique wallpapers make this boutique shopping experience a feast for the eyes and an indulgence for the senses.

The Shaboosh design team chose Paddington to open their first designer store due to the areas international reputation as the boutique shopping destination of Sydney. Paddington is known for its specialist shops, trendy galleries, antique and designer stores. "We are extremely excited to be opening the first Shaboosh womenswear store in Paddington. The location and store totally reflects the exclusivity and uniqueness of the Shaboosh label."

The new store opens from 17th November, offering the latest collection, which is already creating quite a buzz in the fashion industry. In December the never seen before second collection will be launched, designed specifically for the opening of the flagship store. This much anticipated second collection will have even more exquisite pieces from this new upcoming designer label. The new Shaboosh store will also be the only retailer in Sydney to sell the women's range of underwear from cult Australian label, DT Clothes.

Shaboosh is a family run business, created by the Sarra family and headed up by Shelia Sarra lead designer and her three daughters Audrey, Amy and Rebecca. The Sarras design and produce the collection blocks and manage all key elements of the business in house. Each garment is meticulously constructed using exacting standards and classic tailoring methods. The fabrics are sourced from all over the world and include fine silks, butter soft cashmere, cool cottons and dreamy wools. The collections are designed in Brisbane and the fabrics are sourced from Italy, Thailand, Japan and China. The garment manufacturing takes place in Brisbane and overseas in the same factory and to the same premium quality and finishes as international labels Feraud, Guy Laroche, GR, C&D, Flip and LOfficiel.

Shaboosh is vintage style for modern women who expect a little more. Prices start from $69.00 to $600.00 and garments are stocked in sizes 6 to 14. The entire Shaboosh collection can also be purchased from the Paddington store or online at www.shaboosh.com and can be shipped worldwide.

Further stores are planned for Melbourne and Brisbane as well as selling into boutique retailers managed through the Brisbane, Sydney and Byron Bay agents.
