Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, a global leader in consumer electronics and a telecommunications sponsor of the London 2012 Olympic Games, recently revealed it's 'Everyone's Olympics' campaign that kicked off internationally earlier this year. As part of the Australian campaign, Samsung will be bringing the spirit of the Olympic Games to Melbourne with an Australian first in converting the Fire Brigade pillars (Gas Flames) at Crown Melbourne into an iconic representation of the Olympic Torch from Wednesday 18th June and throughout the Olympic Games until 15th August. The flames themselves will go off every hour on the hour, 6pm to midnight Sun-Thurs and 6pm to 1am Fri-Sat, creating a spectacular to enhance Olympic excitement and buzz for Melbournians during this period.
