Rule-breaking chef-with-attitude, Aaron Craze, celebrates his favourite street food, Caribbean, at a party to kick off his favourite carnival, Notting Hill. His rude boy food includes Big Al's jerk pork, jerk being his beloved spicy marinade in which it bakes. 'Jerk anything is the go' says Aaron, the self-styled ambassador for Caribbean food.
