Rosehill is a private welcoming estate with a meticulously decorated main house, which can accommodate six and has dining facilities for ten.
This historic homestead has superb ambience with open fires, French doors leading to a stunning sunroom offering the perfect spot to read and relax. From here a lush secluded garden awaits for further quality time to refresh and indulge yourself.

Surrounding the main house is a scenic Mediterranean courtyard with magnificent wrought iron outdoor furniture and water features which provide an ideal venue for parties and functions. (up to 50 guests)

The Bluestone Chapel is a perfectly romantic venue with divine wrought iron candelabra style chandeliers creating an atmosphere suited to a wedding service, private dinner even small group functions.

The welcoming Bluestone Cottage is another stunning retreat at Rosehill just for two..

The renovations of this historic rustic cottage have been beautifully done. Awaiting you are luxurious furnishings, every mod con necessary, separate lounge and bedroom areas and the most spectacular indoor spa.

The spa runs off the natural mineral springs and is encased by floor to ceiling glass in which you can bubble away under the most incredible sparkling night sky. Time spent here is a truly unique experience, which will not be easily matched or forgotten.

The open fire and comforting furnishings in the Bluestone Cottage provide ample opportunity for fireside conversations or to devour the weekend papers. Bluestone Cottage is set in delightful private gardens, complete with BBQ, French style iron furniture and magnificent views over the countryside. A wealth of hawthorn hedges, walnut canopies and ancient trees surround the cottage to create a magical atmosphere and a blissful hideaway for couples.

Rosehill Country House is situated in the stunning Macedon Ranges which are naturally beautiful in the spring/summer months but have been said to be at the most beautiful during winter. The cotton-wool mists, which float across the countryside, are breathtaking and one can easily spend hours luxuriating in the warmth and comfort of the lush accommodations enjoying these superb views.

Rosehill Country House is situated in Kyneton which has many fine historical buildings. From hotels to mansions and churches, these buildings are superbly maintained and presented and many are classified by the National Trust.

The Kyneton Information Centre has a wealth of information on everything from town and river walks, museum and art exhibitions, botanical gardens, olive oil estates to the best of eateries in Kyneton and the surrounding areas.

Kyneton holds its 33rd Daffodil and Arts Festival from the 1st to the 11th of September 2005, titled 'Springtime Celebrations', this is a very popular fun packed event for the whole family, it includes a Grand Parade through the main street of the town.

Rosehill is a wondrous stress free retreat where you can do as little or as much as you wish.
Even after only two nights we returned revitalized and refreshed. It was not easy to leave this breathtaking property but we know we will return for some more old-fashioned hospitality!
