QV Gift Markets and Twilight Festivities

This December, QV Square will transform into a vibrant summer hub for three weeks in the lead up to Christmas (1-21 December) with the launch of the eclectic Melbourne Designed Gift Markets. With a selection of 40 curated stalls from some of the best local talent, a huge selection of unique and highly covetable items will be for sale, providing something for all of the family and friends on the Christmas gift list.

In an ode to all things summer, QV Square will also transform during the day into parkland sanctuary with free picnic rugs, a pop-up café and plenty of park benches beneath the shade.

With Twilight Markets every Friday evening (5pm – 10pm) and weekend markets running every Saturday (12pm – 5pm) and Sunday (12pm – 5pm), QV will become an artisan gift destination with a difference.

EAT.ME.DO accessory designer, Lara Ivachev, mixes up handmade wearable treats to satisfy even the most stubborn of tastebuds
Taking inspiration from the graffiti filled streets of Melbourne; Neon Pear is an emerging design studio that creates some of the city's freshest art prints and homewares with an edge
Julie's Little World brings to life inspirational and sentimental water colour paintings. Original prints will be available in the form of greeting cards, prints, wooden postcards, tote bags and badges.
Producing quirky creations, Run Wild Horses use natural surrounds as its muse to create an array of unisex jewellery, homewares and wedding decorations
Vicki Leigh is a Melbourne based contemporary jeweller with a passion for design and colour. Her NEXT ROMANCE JEWELS label is handmade with love and originality.

Flower Temple Christmas Workshops – 6.30pm, Thursday 4, 11, 18 December
QV's resident florist, Flower Temple will create beautiful Christmas wreaths, utilising incredible flora and craft ideas to inspire your piece, taking your holiday decorations to the next level.

Gingerbread Workshops – 12.30pm, 3, 9 & 15 December
Come along to this easy, step-by-step demonstration from the gingerbread experts The Gingerbread Studio to help guide you through assembling, decorating & packaging your very own Christmas Gingerbread Family. The final product is delicious and makes a fabulous Christmas day treat or very special gift.

Sisko Chocolate and Wine Appreciation Evening – 6.30pm, 10 and 17 December
Join Sisko Chocolate for an evening of chocolate and wine parings. Learn the origins and subtle differences in chocolate and wine blends; the perfect indulgence for any budding foodie.

The Cupcake Family – Christmas Cupcake & Cakepop Decorating Workshops – 12.30pm, 4 and 16 December
