Demonstrations and extended trading hours for Christmas and New Year

Prahran Market is all about food and so is Christmas! To celebrate, the Market is showcasing demonstrations to inspire Christmas feasts and to share a few shortcuts while extending trading hours so there's no last minute panic!

Saturday 15th December
Tobie Puttock's Christmas Favourites – 11am and 12 noon
Tobie will be demonstrating a selection of his favourite seasonal recipes over two 30 minute sessions. Perfect for picking up some tips and tricks. And you can take away Prahran Market's free seasonal recipe cards. Tobie will then be in Essential Ingredient at 1pm to sign his new book Super Natural.

Ideas with Christmas Flowers by Flawless Flowers – 12.30pm
The Flawless Flowers team will inspire you to make the most of your florals this Christmas with simple and impressive ways to bring flowers into your festive home this season.

Sunday 16th December
Christmas Trader Tips with Ham, Seafood, Turkey and more! – 10am onwards
Traders including Gary's Meats, Claringbolds and Cester's Poultry and Game will be passing on some of their amazing produce knowledge in this series of demonstrations while highlighting their favourite shortcuts. Not sure how deep to score the ham before glazing? Need a quick way with salmon? Come along with your questions and get ready to be inspired.
