Gradi is taking part in the live pizza festival at the Crown Riverwalk! Part of Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, the Crown live pizza festival will be a pizza dream, as piazziolos from around the world create delicious, authentic pizza.

Of course, it wouldn't be a pizza festival without Gradi. Along with producing their delicious pizza, Johnny Di Francesco will be presenting exclusive masterclasses too.

A Gradi antipasto stall will be serving freshly sliced raspadura and prosciutto. As if it couldn't get any better, T'Gallant winemakers have teamed up with Zero Gradi to make champagne granita, served out of champagne glasses.
