Paula Lay – 10,000 small deaths

As part of Dancehouse's Dance Massive program for 2015, Australian emerging dance artist Paula Lay will present 10,000 small deaths, a cinematic solo work that explores the poetics of the imagination through embodied manifestations. As a dancer, choreographer and collaborator, Lay's work has focused on embodiment, presence and imagination in somatic practices since her graduation from VCA (Victorian College of the Arts) in 2008.
