It's 1988 and Katie and Kristi (the two sisters from Paranormal Activity 2) are living with their mother Julie and her boyfriend Dennis. It is a happy, innocent time and all seems right with the world. But when Kristi starts becoming a little too obsessed with her imaginary friend and odd things start happening around the house, Dennis is persuaded to set up video cameras to make sure that his family is safe. And what he discovers is they aren't.

The Paranormal Activity franchise is well known for breaking box office records and Paranormal Activity 3 is no exception. Among other accolades, the movie achieved the biggest theatrical debut for a horror film ever, ultimately earning more than $200 million worldwide.

Included on the Blu-ray and DVD will be special features such as: The Lost Tapes, that reveals footage not seen in the film, as well as a scare montage. The Blu-ray will also include a special Extended Cut of the movie.
