Mako Mermaids is making a splash on Nick! A spin off series of the smash hit, H2O Just Add Water, the show centres on three mermaids, Sirena, Nixie and Lyla, who are charged with the task of protecting their magical Mako Island from trespassers. On a full moon, they fail to stop Zac, a land boy, from falling into the sacred Moon Pool! The power of the moon transforms him into a merman. As punishment the mermaids are banished from Mako Island and must work to redeem themselves in order to return.
