The Unsolved Crime and Open Case Squad (UCOS) get new information about a fatal fire that swept through a club in 1996. One of the people killed was Mark Johnson, a west London crime figure whose brother Danny now runs his businesses. He and a former gang member Stuart Russell are suspects.
