Calling all lovers of champagne! Fathers, sons and daughters, treat mum to a special Mother's Day afternoon at the inaugural Great Dames of Champagne discovery and tasting event at Bar Ananas, the chic, Parisian-inspired venue at ArgyleXchange in The Rocks.

Try four champagnes with matched canapes throughout the afternoon, while Australia's favourite TV champagne expert and award-winning author Jayne Powell (also known as Champagne Jayne) tells the stories of the inspirational women behind the renowned champagne houses.

The mouth-watering menu includes Moët & Chandon matched with Brandade of Cod, Veuve Clicquot with Lobster & Foie Gras Sandwich, Bollinger with Salted Caramel Éclair, and Laurent Perrier Rose with Fraisier Strawberry Sponge.
