MIFF Shorts at Fed Square

The Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF) is thrilled to announce that this March and April it will present MIFF Shorts at Fed Square – a specially curated package of shorts by local Melbourne filmmakers, that have all screened at previous MIFF's.

The program, presented in partnership with Federation Square, commences 8 March and will feature free lunchtime screening from 12pm – 1pm on Wednesdays in March and free evening screening from 5pm – 6pm every Thursday during April in the plaza at Fed Square.

MIFF Shorts Programmer Thomas Caldwell said: 'It's great to give Melbourne audiences another chance to see these films projected on the big screen, especially since they are all films made by Melbourne filmmakers. And it's a excellent mix of films too, since we've included a couple of dramas, a comedy, a documentary and the most recent animation by Oscar winner Adam Elliot."
