On July 14th, bikers across Queensland will Patch-Over, and proudly don a new badge, one that says "I gave blood today”! In the 7th annual Merlo Red Ride For Life, on Saturday July 14, hundreds of bikers will meet at the Merlo Coffee Torrefazione in Bowen Hills to enjoy free coffee and a sausage sizzle before riding in convoy to the Springwood Blood Donor Centre to roll up the sleeves for much-needed blood donations.

So when you notice the roaring crowd of bikers on Saturday July 14, look for the blue bandanas and little red patch placed proudly on their chest reading "I gave blood today!' And let them know they've done well by giving a big wave.
