Celebrate the start of Engineering Week (August 2-6) – come and witness these classic examples of heritage steam engines in action. Vehicles on parade include the Cowley Steam Traction Engine – the only working Australian-made traction engine in the world – along with other historic machinery. The day also includes hay-baling demonstrations, tours of the historic Spotswood Pumping Station and a free steam train ride for the kids (don't forget to wear closed toe shoes on the day to enjoy the ride).
