Entries into the first ever Melbourne based Australian Smoothie Championship 2013 and the Australian Juice Championship 2013 are now open thanks to major sponsor Roband. Roband will be supplying great café equipment for the winners, including a Vitamix Quiet One Blender valued at over $2,700 and a Ceado Juicer valued at $4,466! In addition, each finalist taking part will take home a $50 Coles Group & Myer gift card!

The best online entries received will be invited to compete in the live Southern Region Championship finals at Melbourne's inaugural lunch! show, Australia's only dedicated food-to-go trade event. Winners will then go on to compete in the grand final, where a panel of industry judges will choose the 2013 Southern Region Champions based on taste, innovation and presentation.
