Victorian residents will be taking part in Knox Shopping Centre's fresh food family day with a range of FREE activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Entertainment includes an amazing juggling chef who knows how to cook up a storm and mini chef workshops where children can create their very own delicious and healthy lunch-box masterpiece!

Guest dietitian Caroline Guille will also be running cooking demonstrations for shoppers on how to create delicious healthy meals for the whole family.
