Given the popularity and longevity of the Heart Foundation's Jump Rope For Heart, many parents and now their kids have benefited from program throughout their childhood.
This February is the Heart Foundation's Jump Rope For Heart's (JRFH) 30th anniversary. Did you take part in JRFH in school? More than eight million students have since it began in 1983, and these days one million students, teachers, and volunteers take part each year. In 30 years they have raised more than $60 million towards vital research, the development of guidelines for health professionals, to support patient care, and to help Australians lead healthier lifestyles.
The Heart Foundation is calling on current and ex=skippers to share their favourite photo or story at facebook.com/nationalheartfoundation.
