Revenge can lead people to act against former partners, colleagues and companies. More broadly, it can play a role in large and complex conflicts around the world.

Some of those who take revenge say the wrongdoer is simply getting what they deserve and that justice is being done. But others say that 'two wrongs don't make a right' - and that revenge won't make you feel better anyway.
