To celebrate Hunter Valley Wine & Food Month, award winning restuarant Esca Bimbadgen will host two mouth watering events thoughout the month of June. 'Hunter Gatherer @ Bimbadgen' and the 'Chef's Plate Lunch' promise a food lover's journey of the finest cuisine and wine.

The 'Hunter Gatherer @ Bimbadgen' event will provide guests with the opportunity to sample its luscious and delectable menu with a white tasting plate, followed by a red tasting plate and finishing with a cheese platter, all perfectly matched with Bimbadgen wines.

Each tasting plate features three 'tastes' from the menu and both will be matched with either a red or white wine. Wine and Food Month will also roll out a series of Chef's Plate Lunches and Esca Bimbadgen will host this event for just $39 per person. The lunch will pair a favourite Hunter Valley variety, Chardonnay, with a luscious main course prepared by Esca's head chef, Mark Bennett.

Guests will enjoy herb stuffed chicken tournedos, broad beans and bacon, pomme puree, bearnaise sauce with a glass of Bimbadgen Estate 2012 Chardonnay plus a tea or coffee to finish. The Chef's Plate lunch will be available every day throughout June from 12pm to 4pm daily and guarantees an authentic Hunter Valley dining experience.
