Pop down to Harbourside Shopping Centre throughout April and make a poppy as a symbol of remembrance to commemorate the Centenary of ANZAC. Harbourside is encouraging Sydneysiders, young and old, to participate in a fun activity while paying tribute to those who fought in World War I.
Poppy making will be held in the Harbourside Amphitheatre located on the water's edge in front of Harbourside Shopping Centre from 11 April to 3 May.
'We welcome anyone who would like to take some time out to reflect on the Centenary of ANZAC and what it means to them by making their very own poppy," said Nicole Addinall, Marketing Manager, Harbourside Shopping Centre.
Visitors to Darling Harbour can also enjoy Nomanslanding, a free interactive and reflective experience that will be floating on Cockle Bay from 2 April to 3 May 2015.
