This Good Will Week (12-18 September 2010), NSW Trustee & Guardian branches are holding special Wills Days on Saturday 18 September for those people who may find it difficult to pop into a branch during work hours. There is no charge to make or update your Will when you appoint NSW Trustee & Guardian as executor, fees are charged on administration only.

Anyone aged 18 or over should make sure they have a professionally drafted, legal Will and should update it as they get married or separated, have children, buy a house, start a business, or their circumstances change.

If you die without a Will, your estate both items of sentimental and monetary value may not be distributed according to your wishes, and you could leave your loved ones with unnecessary financial and legal headaches.
