Originally designed only in black, Flipsters is releasing a range of three new colours this month with the introduction of platinum (silver), white and copper into the collection. "While black is always a popular choice, we knew it was important to provide a selection for our customers for all occasions. We will continue to release more colours each season to ensure there is always a variety," says Rick.

An essential accessory for any outing, Flipsters fold into a small pouch and can slot easily into everyday handbags as well as evening clutches. "We've created an all-occasion accessory with Flipsters," says Rick. "They're not only convenient for the end of an evening, but the design of the shoe makes them perfect for the beach, when getting pedicures and to take away on holidays," says Rick.

The durability of Flipsters means they can be worn regularly and won't need to be replaced. "These aren't disposable shoes," says Rick. "You don't throw them away after a few wears, they'll last for much longer and are cold machine and hand washable to keep them looking brand new."

A 100% Australian owned company, the concept for Flipsters was developed by two men. Ben Lipschitz teamed with designer Rick Munitz and came up with the idea that women needed a pair of flat, comfortable shoes which they could carry around with them at all times. "We saw an opportunity and capitalised on it. We believe there is a place for Flipsters in every handbag," says Ben.
