Leading toy company Fisher-Price has created an interactive pop-up Play Lab where little toy enthusiasts can 'test trial" some
of the hottest toys on offer from newborn to toddler in 2017.
The Fisher-Price Play Lab is touring the country and will appear at the Essential Baby & Toddler Show in Melbourne from 28-30 April,
and at selected Westfield Shopping Centres later in the year.
The Australian first one-of-a-kind play zone features a bright, fun and colourful area for kids aged between 0 – five years old, to test out popular toys from the Bright Beats and Laugh & Learn, Mega Bloks, and Thomas & Friends ranges.
Chedney Rodgers, Mattel ANZ Director of Marketing, explains how on-site research and hands-on play is at the heart of the company's toy research and product development.
'At Fisher-Price we create toys kids love. The Play Lab is a place where children can let their imagination run free and share in the joy of learning in the ultimate interactive play experience.
'Fisher-Price toys are designed from a child's perspective so children have fun playing with them and learn as well. Nobody knows more about engaging play than kids themselves and we know the best people to test their toys are the users," she says.
The pop-up Fisher-Price Play Lab allows kids to explore and engage with the toys they find the most appealing and captivating – also making present buying easier for people with kids in their lives.
