Rogue cop Orin Boyd (Seagal) is a veteran lone wolf he's just single-handedly saved the US Vice-President from an assassination attempt. But in the process, he's embarrassed the US Government and is assigned the city's worst beat the notorious 15th precinct.

Boyd isn't about to make any friends at his new post he uncovers a massive heroin racket run from inside the precinct. Only one man has the key to this web of corruption, deceit and double-dealing hard-edged gangster Latrell Walker (rap legend DMX) who it turns out is not what he seems.

In his quest to bring down the crooked cops, Boyd will find that trust comes from unexpected places, danger comes from within and survival comes at a high price.
