Eumundi's School of Arts Hall is celebrating its 100th Birthday on Thursday 15 November 2012 with a re-enactment of the 1912 opening ceremony and a Centenary Ball.

When it opened on November 15, 1912, The School of Arts building was considered one of the finest buildings on the Sunshine Coast. Originally two stories, it had a library and billiards hall on the lower level. Over its 100 year history, it has hosted many activities inside its walls including card nights, indoor bowls, badminton, roller skating and debutante balls.
