Beginning Monday, May 31, E! News' Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic will celebrate E!'s milestone with special birthday segments airing each day of the week highlighting 20 years of the best and worst fashions, faces and red carpet moments.

In addition, E! News will reveal the finalists of E!'s nationwide contest 'Should You Be the King or Queen of E!' The winner of the contest will be flown to LA to get the full 'E! treatment,' including tapings of the network's most popular series like E! News and a special tour of Hollywood.
