When purchasing a new piece of clothing from a Noni B store this month, shoppers will be helping to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged women with a portion of proceeds being donated to not-for-profit organisation, Dress for Success.

Dress for Success is a not-for-profit organisation which helps to outfit disadvantaged women in professionalattire as well as providing them with practical advice, support and much needed confidence when preparing fora job interview.

General Manager of Buying and Marketing, Rhonda Kilpatrick, is very pleased to be supporting such a highlyregarded organisation that has helped more than 600,000 women across the globe.

Women who come to Dress for Success are provided with clothing appropriate for the industry in which theyare interviewing. Once they have secured a job they receive additional clothing to mix and match with severaloutfits, providing them with a foundation for a professional wardrobe.

While the organisation is best known for 'edressing women for success', it recognises that finding work is onestep in a woman's journey towards economic independence and as such offers employment retentionprograms that help women remain employed and build a rewarding career.
