Dino Dan is a popular live action/CGI adventure series aimed at five to nine-year-olds that brings pre-historic, true-to-life dinosaurs to 21st century suburbia. In each episode, 10-year-old-Dan Henderson (Jason Spevack) uses his vivid imagination to spin an everyday situation into an adventure of Jurassic proportions. In his day-to-day life, Dan – nicknamed 'Dino Dan' by his friends – is a fountain of dinosaur information. With the help of his trusty field guide book, he can answer almost any dinosaur question. If he cannot find the answer, well, that is an opportunity for him to conduct a dino experiment – complete with real dinosaurs – to figure it out.
