Variety the children's charity is encouraging friends, families and work colleagues from North West Sydney to enjoy a special luncheon at the popular local restaurant, The Mean Fiddler on Thursday September 8th, 2011 for the second annual Dine for Kids event.
Guests can look forward to a scrumptious two course meal, designed exclusively for the event by acclaimed chef Peter Andrews, while being entertained by a couple of surprise special performances. Tickets are $95 per person.
Variety is also encouraging corporate groups to enjoy an exquisite
lunch out with their colleagues at $950 for a table of 10, with all funds raised going directly to Variety, the children's charity. There will also be raffles and auctions with some fantastic prizes up for grabs and special appearances by last year's MasterChef finalist, Courtney Roulston and Junior MasterChef finalist, Nick Bain.
While the adults enjoy the luncheon from 12:30pm until 3:30pm, the
Mean Fiddler will also be hosting a special Kids Lunch party, inviting
more than 60 disadvantaged kids and their carers from the Hills
School in Northmead and Tallowood School in Kellyville to enjoy an
afternoon of entertainment, including a Liberty Swing that will be set
up outside for kids in wheelchairs. Guests will have the opportunity to
meet the kids at the party and discover first hand what a significant
impact their support has on children in need.
