The national gastronomy competition invites entrants to create a tea infused culinary masterpiece, using the finest selection of Dilmah products. The winner will receive the opportunity of a life time, an all-expenses paid VIP trip to spectacular Sri Lanka, the home of Dilmah tea. In an exciting first, Dilmah introduces renowned international mixologist Robert Schinkel as a judge, bringing many years of bartending knowledge and expertise to the competition.
The celebrated annual competition aims to inspire passionate foodies to create an innovative high tea experience emphasising the importance of tea within the high tea tradition. Last year's competition saw everyday foodies develop exquisite creations such as tea candied macadamias, tea infused chai macarons and lychee and strawberry tea sangria.
