Gang influence has become rife in a power struggle for total control of the area.

Elite police officer Damian (Cyril Raffaelli) and reformed vigilante Leito (David Belle) must join forces and use their mastery of martial arts and unique physical skills to bring peace to the neighbourhood by any means necessary before the Paris secret service steps in and takes matters into their own hands.
