Tickets for the Crave Sydney International Food Festival flagship event, the World Chef Showcase are selling fast, as 20 of the world's leading chefs and food personalities prepare to make their way to Sydney for the must-see event presented by Etihad Airways at the exclusive Star City Ballroom on October 8 – 10.

These include cutting-edge international talents such as Wylie Dufresne from New York's wd-50, Paul Cunningham from Copenhagen's The Paul and Mehmet Gurs
from Istanbul's Mikla restaurant. The newly-crowned Chef of the Year in the Age Good Food Guide 2011, Attica restaurant head chef and culinary mastermind, Ben Shewry will visit Sydney for the Showcase, part of the Crave Sydney International Food Festival presented by Citibank.
