We all know about the Swiss and their penchant for going commando- this season Swiss watch makers, Wenger go commando with the Wenger Special Commando 2008 series.

The sturdy, supple black rubber strap delivers comfort, durability and uncompromised resistance to treacherous terrains and weather conditions.

The sleek design features an all-black strap, black PVD coated, antireflective stainless steel case, pushers and crown, rendering the watches ideal for covert operations.

The multi-functional chronograph watches provides exacting timekeeping for special operations, conveying precise information at a glance, including local time, date, elapsed mission time and thanks to the tachymeter, vehicle velocity.

These 42mm quartz timepieces offer military precision with chronograph functions measuring 60 seconds, 30 minutes and 12 hours. The scratch-proof crystal face meets the rigorous standards of the Wenger timepiece range.

The large 38.5 dial opening and thick Superluminova covered colour markers, numbers and hands allow for enhanced visibility in the dark. The SRC watches come in two trend-forward colours - orange for commando task forces, or green for the Swiss infantry, and bears the SRC logo on the case back, while the PdG model features deep glacier blue, for the colour of the snow coloured Swiss Alps in the evening, and a PdG logo.
