Interview with Debbie Malone

Question: When did you first learn of your psychic strengths?

Debbie Malone: I discovered it as a child, but turned it off due to being too frightened to accept it. I rediscovered my abilities after 6 Near Death Experiences and the miscarriage of my second child in 1992.


Question: How do you use your psychic and mediumship to assist police?

Debbie Malone: I utilise my various psychic abilities while assisting police. I am clairvoyant, clairsentient, clairaudient, a medium and I specialise in psychometry. I usually will tune into a case via a personal item belonging to the victim or a close family member. I read photographs also to tune in. I sometimes go under hypnosis and connect with the victim through hypnosis. I go out into the field with officers visiting the murder site or places of interest to the case. I work with the Cadaver Dog unit and I also work with police Forensic Artists to create Identikits.


Question: What inspired you to write Clues From Beyond?

Debbie Malone: Clues From Beyond is the follow-up to my first book Never Alone. Clues From Beyond is about my continued work with police on some of Australia's most gruesome crimes. I was inspired to write the book to go into depth about new information that I have uncovered about about some of the cases. Writing this book was also very important for me to give the victims a voice about what happened to them and to share their messages of love and hope from beyond the grave.


Question: Can you tell us about one of the stories included in Clues From Beyond?

Debbie Malone: The Bob Chappell and Sue Neill Fraser case is very important to me. It is a mystery likened to that of Azaria Chamberlain. Bob Chappell went missing from his yacht "The Four Winds" in Hobart on Australia Day 2009, his body has never been found and his partner Sue Neill-Fraser has been wrongfully charged with his murder. After numerous appeals and new evidence coming to light it is my hope that Sue will be released and the people responsible will be charged for the murder they committed. In this chapter I reveal what I experienced while working on the case. I have included new information that I received while under making contact with Bob Chappell while hypnosis. There are also 3 identikits of persons of interest I was shown psychically that were involved in the case.


Question: What advice do you have for young mediums?

Debbie Malone: My advice is to always work in the light, focus on the positives when giving messages to others, work with spirit to make a difference, be humble, stay grounded and leave your ego behind.
