CitroLife World's Largest Core Fitness Circuit Class in Melbourne

It's crunch time on Saturday, March 14th 2015, when Australia's number one fitness guy and seven-time Ironman champion, Guy Leech, will join Arnold Schwarzenegger at the 2015 Arnold Classic in Melbourne, to lead hundreds of hard core crunchers to achieve the world record for the largest Core Fitness Circuit Class.

Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join 'Leechy" in breaking the world record which will be part of the 2015 Arnold Classic weekend, a three day health and fitness festival and expo which showcases the hottest trends in the health and fitness industries, features the latest in supplements and fitness equipment and hosts non-stop competitions and entertainment.

As one of the major highlights at the Arnold Classic, Guy and a team of roving trainers will guide participants through a thirty minute core session where they'll spend three minutes at 10 different core exercise stations, with one minutes rest between each station.  

This will be Guy's fourth world record attempt, after successfully beating the record for the Largest Fitness Circuit Class in 2012, staging the World's Largest Resistance Band Class in 2013 and smashing the record for the Largest Outdoor Group Boxing Class in 2014 and he is expecting that up to 1,000 hard core crunchers will be joining him and Arnie on March 14th for another record breaker!

Guy is one of Australia's foremost advocates for a healthier nation and is as passionate as ever about encouraging people of all ages and fitness levels to get physically active through group-focused training.
