To bid farewell to the Year of the Horse and welcome the Year of the Sheep, Broadway has created an exclusive 3D statue of a Chinese sheep built out of 2,000+ Mahjong tiles, which will be on display throughout the festive period when the Centre will come alive with a colourful array of sights, sounds and tastes.
Aiming to sweep away ill luck to make way for good fortune and happiness, the Chinese New Year celebrations will kick off with a dynamic 8-person lion dance performance on Thursday 19 February at 3:30pm. The symbolic ritual is designed to bring in the New Year and evict bad spirits with loud beats of the drum and sounds of the cymbals.

Kids and adults are invited to join the week-long celebrations on offer from Monday 16 February. Broadway will be hosting a range of free activities for everyone to enjoy including a live cooking show with tastings and recipes to takeaway and The Mahjong Gaming Corner where guests can play the traditional Chinese tile-matching solitaire game.
