Isabel Loxton's designs offer a chic style and a classic feminine sensibility for her devoted base of clients.

The Scottish born mother of three draws inspiration from ecologically sound materials and the timelessness and luxuriousness of cashmere.

Isabel's first love has always been design and her entrepreneurial spirit and business savvy with a Liberal Arts Degree in Business, have helped to shape her career and the thriving businesses she has owned and run along the way.

At the age of 21, Isabel came to Australia to seek fun and adventure and as a young woman she married and moved to LA where she set up a successful personalised designer stationery business. The designer stationery business involved extensive European travel and eventually Isabel moved and settled in Switzerland for three years where the aesthetic of European design would influence and stay with her.

In late 2002, Isabel returned home to Australia and purchased a small publishing company which produced 'The Australian Celebrity Contact Book', the essential guide to contacting high profile Australians. The publishing company also allowed her to develop friendships and contacts in the media and fashion industry. In 2005, she sold the business for a substantial profit.

It was at this time the idea to build and launch a fashion label was presented and Cashmere Angel was born in 2006. Through experience, drive and commitment to quality and excellence she has successfully launched an emerging label she can be proud of.

Cashmere Angel Background
Isabel Loxton had a vision to design and create a line of luxurious, quality ladies cashmere knitwear in simple classic styles at an affordable price. She identified a niche in the competitive Australian knitwear market and the vision became a reality in March 2007 when the Cashmere Angel brand was launched online.

From modest online beginnings, the label has expanded to include the first Cashmere Angel wholesale boutique in Sydney's Potts Point as well as more than 20 prestigious retail stockists around Australia.

In the label's first year of operation the product range doubled, sales far exceeded expectations and the foundations have been set for organic growth.

Word of mouth, clever PR and an ongoing commitment to produce the best possible has ensured the labels first 3 years have been a resounding success.

As the product range continues to grow, the vision of 'Luxury for Everyday Living' remains the same.
