Wednesday 22nd May: Eugino Maiale Eugino Maiale's cuisine is predominantly "Abruzzese” (from the Abruzzo region) with a heavy emphasis on dried and fresh pasta. After carving out his reputation in Adelaide as the chef and owner of respected Grimaldis, Citrus and Auge restaurants, Eugino opened A Tavola, which received a coveted Chef's Hat in its first year of operation.

Tuesday 21st May: Using Extra Virgin Olive Oil Time:
6.00pm - 8.30pm
Hosted by Barilla's Executive Head Chef and qualified Extra Virgin Olive Oil taster Luca Ciano, this unique degustation class focuses on a single ingredient key to Italian cooking. Kicking off with a tasting session, you'll learn all the amazing facts and cooking tips about olive oil. Then, watch Luca do all the hard work for you to enjoy a mouth-watering Sicilian pasta main course and unique dessert that includes saffron infused olive oil ice‐cream.

Cost: $90 per person
Spoil mum a day early with this hands-on intimate class that takes you on a culinary tour based on Italy's diverse regions and ingredients. The class begins with a demonstration of Chianti poached pears and then moves into two hands on dishes of a veal ragout main and pannacotta dessert.
