Waterproof Mascara is a lash-lengthening, lash-thickening 100% waterproof mascara that dries to leave flexible comfortable lashes. And unlike some waterproof mascaras, this one doesn't flake as you apply or set your lashes like concrete!

Waterproof Mascara is available in a deep, rich black or a dark, warm Black/Brown. Each comes packaged in a sleek tube with a special applicator brush designed to coat and separate each lash.
