Biodynamic Workshop

Krinklewood Vineyard hosts this fantastic introductory Biodynamic Workshop in May each year.

Led by highly experienced biodynamic experts, Hamish Mackay and John Priestley, participants learn the philosophy, theory and  basic -how-to' of biodynamics. Operating biodynamically for more than 13 years and fully certified biodynamic, Krinklewood is the ideal host venue.

It's an informal, practical workshop, where participants are able to fill and bury the cow horns, get hands on with compost making and creating the cow-pat-pit. Participants will also see the flow-form in action creating compost tea and biodynamic preparations to spray over the vineyard and nurture the soil biology.

Who is this workshop for? Past workshops have welcomed home gardeners, farmers, vineyard workers, sommeliers, foodies and people simply with a desire to understand more about biodynamics and the differences from organic. The hands-on activities are broken up with a wholesome morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

Participants are advised to wear work boots & bring an open mind!
