The special menu will feature Canberra District truffles as well as 13 prize winning Canberra District wines.

Anne Caine, president of the Canberra District Wine Industry Association said that the region is achieving clear recognition for cool climate Shiraz and Riesling varieties. Wineries being showcased include Clonakilla, Brindabella Hills and Lark Hill labels as well as several emerging vintners.
