Fed Square is hosting a remarkable event in homage of the humble artichoke with chefs, Brigette Hafner, Rosa Mitchell and Tony Twitchett on Sunday 29th July from 10am - 4pm.
There will be cooking demonstrations, tastings, samplings, discussions with the artichoke market gardners and a artichoke garden installation by Paul Hyland from Glasshaus.
Restaurants in Fed Square will also be incorporating artichokes in their many various and glorious forms on menus, for the entire week.
