5.30pm: Assemble on the platform and tuck into your entree. You'll be feasting on a mixed banquet of chicken tikka, spinach fritters, spiced squid and crunchy pappadums.

6pm: Our Bollywood film starts! Get settled and comfy on your lounge and prepare the assault of drama, jingling, interpretative dancing and big hair as we project the movie onto our back wall.

7.30pm: Interval and dinner time. Help yourself to the selection of piping hot curries. There'll be (everybodys favourite) Butter Chicken, Beef Vindaloo, Char-grilled Baramundi with Chef Hari's secret sauce, mixed vegetable curry, and basmati rice with traditional accompaniments of raita, mixed pickle, and chutney.

8pm: The movie resumes. Sit back and relax with a belly full of yumminess

9pm (or there abouts: when the movie finishes we'll be serving up some palette cleansing home-made mango kulfi. There'll be plenty of Indian sweets too nibble on too.
