A Taste of Tramcar

A Taste of Tramcar

The Colonial Tramcar Restaurant opens doors for one-off service

Hop aboard the iconic travelling tramcar and cruise through Melbourne's city streets like never before, with an exclusive, one-day service which includes a sumptuous offering of morning and afternoon tea.

The historical fleet of glossy, burgundy trams have become an enduring fixture in Melbourne's cityscape for 35 years, during which diners have indulged in nearly 500,000 bottles of sparkling wine and over 1 million steaks.

The restaurant's innovative approach to dining is what renders it so unique and A Taste of Tramcar is the perfect opportunity for patrons - both new and old - to experience a service slightly different to its usual fare.

Guests will be treated to an array of pastries, seasonal fruit, baked goods and cheese boards, as well as a selection of fine wine and hot drinks. A portion of the proceeds will go to Cancer Council Victoria and their Daffodil Day Campaign.
