This summer the Australian Shakespeare Company celebrates 21 years of Shakespeare Under The Stars in the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne with a magical summer season of A Midsummer Night's Dream.

"The course of true love never did run smooth!" - but it can be very funny, especially as the sun is setting over the Royal Botanic Gardens and you're sitting Under The Stars, the picnic hamper is a little lighter and the fairies are about to come out to play mayhem with the innocent lovers and well-meaning fools in the madcap world of A Midsummer Night's Dream.

Dates: Dec/Jan: Tuesday to Sunday at 8.30pm. Feb/Mar: Tuesday to Saturday at 8pm. Special Gala 21st Anniversary performance on Monday 21 December at 8.30pm and Valentine's Day. Sunday 14 February at 8pm. No shows 25 – 27 December, 1 and 26 January
