Having written, directed and produced interactive murder mystery events for 10 years in England, Simon Jay is launching his first Australian show as part of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

The Retreat Hotel in Abbotsford provides the amazing period backdrop for 'A Dinner to Die For'. A venue not unaccustomed to dramatic twists and turns having been the setting for the long running TV series, 'The Sullivans'.

Taking full advantage of this beautiful period building 'A Dinner to Die For' gives audience members the unique opportunity to be in the show whilst watching the show all at the same time. Set in 1928, party-goers are the invited guests of Lord Quinten Daventry. The malarkey and mayhem is served up in large helpings of 'carry-on' style humour and double entendres along with a delicious 3 course dinner.
