Sydney Good Food Month presented by Citi returns this October, with a dazzling line-up of one-off dining experiences that celebrate our innovative, experimental and ever-changing dining scene. From established heavyweights who paved the way to new-in-town players making their mark, the program heroes iconic restaurants and their ground-breaking chefs that define Sydney food today.
Venessa Cowell, Head of Food Events, Nine, said: "Now in its 21st year, Good Food Month continues to evolve with Sydney's dynamic, changing food culture and champion the talent leading the charge. In 2019, we're excited to move our feature events back into venues across Sydney, heroing the local institutions that define our Harbour City with a seriously inspiring and tasty line-up of chef collaborations".
The diverse feature programme will see the likes of Peter Gilmore, Katherine Sabbath, Clayton Wells and Monty Koludrovic join forces with international superstars Alain Passard (L'Arpège), Hiroyuki Sato (Hakkoku) and Thomas Frebel (INUA, ex-Noma) and interstate legends Shannon Martinez (Smith & Daughters) and Jock Zanfrillo (Orano) for an inspiring line-up of dining experiences held at eight iconic Sydney restaurants - Automata, Icebergs, Hubert, Quay, Mary's Underground, Otto, Pendolino and QT.
